Emma is a graduate student at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism specializing in magazine journalism with an elective concentration in podcast journalism.

She graduated from Tulane University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While at Tulane, she published work for ViaNolaVie and interned in communications at the UP Institute and in research at OPPRC. After graduating, she freelanced for The Evanston Roundtable.
